Our Mission
Cinderella’s Closet Taylor is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose goal is to assist the youth of Taylor and the surrounding communities who would find it difficult to attend their school-sponsored events like prom, military balls, awards ceremonies, homecoming, etc because of the expense involved.
Our Fairy Godmothers want to ensure that everyone who wants to go to these special events may do so by offering complete formal ensembles and tuxedo rentals at absolutely no charge. We hope our young friends will truly feel magical on prom night or at any other school-sponsored or home school event for which they might require formal attire.
Cinderella’s Closet Taylor is more than just a free outfit. We strive to provide an unforgettable experience. From the moment our guests enter our doors, they are greeted with an environment of grace, love, and respect. It is our goal that they leave knowing they are cherished.
Having a lovely prom experience is a goal, but our most important mission is to strive to empower and elevate the confidence of the young adults we serve. We hope that each of them gains a positive experience from our program that will inspire them to exhibit kindness to others and a willingness to give back to their community.
Cinderella’s Closet Taylor offers services to Taylor and its surrounding communities (within a 50-mile radius). We have been able to enrich the lives of over 1,000 students since we began in 2015, only through the support and bountiful donations that we receive from our generous donors and volunteers.
We look forward to continuing to fulfill our mantra — Memories Made!
